Nestled within a chip-shot of the first tee-off box, Quickdraw is a newly furnished condo offering relaxation and convenience. Relax on the front deck or enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony off the master suite. This property is in the heart of Island Park and is connected via snowmobile and ATV trails. Easy access! Great Views! Truly unique, relaxing, comfortable, clean, and everything one could want in a rental. West Yellowstone Park entrance is just up the road about 15 miles if you want to take a day trip as well. Fly fish? Well, bring your gear, as you are centered between Henry's Lake and Island Park Reservoir! The Henry's Fork meanders by just up the road as well.

~ YELLOWSTONE West Entrance: About a 27 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ FISHING: Henry's Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 11 minute drive (depending on traffic). Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about a 10 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about a 6 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This condo has common parking, w/ 2 trailer parking lots
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
~ LOCATION: This home is pinpointed on the map ~ Zoom in/out and left/right to understand exact location
~ AIRPORTS nearby: Idaho Falls Regional (about a 1.5 hour drive), Bozeman Yellowstone International (about a 2 hour drive) or Jackson Hole Airport (about a 2.25 hour drive)

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.
CLEANING: While we (KABINO) have always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare our homes for guest arrivals, we've since updated our operating and cleaning protocols in light of COVID-19. We are committed to implementing and maintaining detailed, rigorous, and comprehensive cleaning protocols between each guest departure to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety in adherence to guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and state and local regulations. We follow EPA recommendations for approved disinfecting products and solutions, and we clean, disinfect, and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests and service-providers come into contact with, including (but not limited to) keys, doorknobs, handrails, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. All linens and towels are washed in between each guest.

Response from the manager It appears your review was intended for another property. This particular unit has wifi, TV, and new carpet. Its a great location on the golf course and has always had terrific reviews. Confused by your comment. Also, we never had any calls to respond too, and are unsure which rental group you were with. It appears you were in another location.
